Abstract
The purpose of this study is to suppose the definition and behavioral traits of creative educational leadership on the ground of charismatic leadership theory. Thus charismatic leadership theory and creative educational leadership theory have been investigated, and creative educational leadership definition and behavioral traits have been presented.

The conclusion of this study are as follows.
1. Charismatic leadership behavior includes the challenges to the status-quo maintainable conventional system, the epoch-making innovation to show the future vision, and the abilities to stabilize and develop the organization devotedly at a state of emergency and a critical situation.

2. Charismatic leadership traits are as follows.
1) Leader's traits : ①vision ②making image and trust ③personalized leadership
2) Follower's traits : ① identification to leader and vision by follower ② greater emotional involvement ③ willing obedience to leader by follower ④ high expectation
3) Situational traits : ① crisis ② mutual dependence

3. Cerative educational leader is able to present the vision to followers with creativity, accordance and commitment, and making trust and identifying with followers, he is to perform educational leadership behavior traits.
