Abstract
Of great importance for companies is that decision making for distribution channel, which is intimately linked with management efficiency and customer satisfactions. For achieving goals of companies, the selected distribution channel is the one of the marketing mix to strategically utilize. Companies make not only a contract between distribution channel members also storage and delivery process through distribution channels. Lately, companies design products by exchanging customer demand information between produce companies and carrier companies, fix the production outputs, make a promotion activity plan and do risk management by production and inventory management. As it were, the overall activities of companies are progressed through distribution channels. The distribution channels need more prudent management than other marketing mix, because it is relatively difficult to change distribution channels and control distribution channel members. Many studies have been made to analyze distribution channels but most of studies have been made in a commercial distribution point of view.
